WOMAN OF THE YEAR (WOTY) 2025...BJ Gallagher and Suzanne Harle
Each year an outstanding Club woman or women are named Woman of the Year. In 2025, 2 women were selected to receive this award. BJ Gallagher and Suzanne Harle.
Both BJ and Suzanne provided support to so many areas in the Civic Club as a team participant and now Co-Presidents of the club.
BJ and Suzanne have proven to enrich the lives of Club members with volunteerism, exemplifying themselves as model leaders, demonstrating being team members, engaging others to participate, and showing and demonstrating respect for others.
VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR 2025.. Linda Kelly
Each year an outstanding Club woman is named Volunteer of the Year. Linda Kelly was chosen based on the number of hours spent devoting time to club activitives, especially recreating the website and creating new online tools for the Civic Club to increase efficiency. Board members and previous recipients are not eligible for this award.
Linda logged over 300 volunteer hours in 2025. Her support to the community and to the Civic Club were instrumental in helping to better market the Civic Club and their impact on the Garrett County community.
