Visitor Information

PREVIEW NIGHT admission is $5/person - includes light refreshments and admission into the event on Friday and Saturday.

Admission is $2/person (over 12) and is good for BOTH days of the event.

Our Civic Club Café offers PIEROGIES & KIELBASA, SOUPS & SANDWICHES, coffee, drinks and baked goods for sale.

Our soups, sloppy joes & chili are made by club members adhering to health department regulations. All of our baked goods are homemade and delicious!

Thanks to our sponsors, almost all of the proceeds from this event will be donated back to local nonprofit organizations.

Vendor Information

Spaces are approximately 12 x 10 - $100/space. Refer a vendor discount! Vendors who refer a qualified vendor will receive a $25 rebate on their booth fee (up to $100) after the event.

This is an INSIDE event - secure building. WIFI & chairs provided. Vendors bring their own tables or rent for $15 each

SET UP day is Wednesday noon - 4 pm; Thursday Oct 10, 7 am to 4:30 pm or Friday Oct 11, 7 am to 8:45 am
